- Supervise and optimize production processes in the assigned Body Shop area.
- Develop and maintain process and quality documentation.
- Monitor product quality and create Production Control Plans.
- Implement engineering changes and production improvements.
- Analyze process performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, FMEA and Pareto.
- Cooperate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance and Engineering departments.
- Support audits, workshops, technical trainings and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Build-in Quality initiatives
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation or a related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of spot welding, bonding and fastening processes.
Experience in process optimization and quality management.
Practical knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
Good command of English; German is an advantage.
CAD 2D/3D knowledge and advanced MS Excel skills.
