Main tasks
Program Development
Deliver training to all Body & Paint workshops for a minimum of 80 training days per year
Implement comprehensive and regular visits to the network for technical support and to follow up for optimum usage of WIS, SP Tools and equipment
Attend all relevant trainings/workshops at Global Training (Germany)
Document and organize of the training handouts, training modules and media, special tools and equipment
Arrange the Insurance management meeting and insurance assessor workshop
Handle Audatex synapse platform accident calculation system
Introduce job profiles for Body and Paint repairs
Provide Guidance
Prepare the annual technical training program
Support all network body shop, functional management and leadership for all body shop activities of the MB Egypt network,
Monitor body and paint quality of MB products and reporting the results to the After Sales Managers
Implement a comprehensive and regular visit schedule to the network for technical follow up
Supervise and control the implementation of the annual training plans submitted by the paint partners
Evaluate and improve the Body and Paint work shop processes in Egypt in cooperation with all heads of body shops
Provide technical support to the warranty department in Body and Paint cases
Training Environment
Maintain safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Proper Documentation
Maintain all training documentation current and accurate.

Qualifications
Training and qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Department is preferred) from a reputable university
Previous experience with the Mercedes-Benz Body and Paint is a plus
Certified Daimler Trainer is preferable
Technical Knowledge
Ability to bring logical structure to learning area while taking didactic principles into consideration
Ability to manage group dynamics
Strong presentation skills
Designing/conducting training - methodology/didactics
Can formulate technical and non-technical learning objectives that can be tested, and can describe the appropriate methods for achieving them.
Can efficiently organize vocational training (training/assignment plan, allocation of tasks, etc.)
Soft skills/individual competence
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Comfortable relating to people of diverse cultures, and levels
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Strong decision-making abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience
5-7 years of experience in training and 2 years in managerial position
Language
Very good spoken and written English language
