You will be responsible for implementing special projects with regards to OneWeb as listed below but not limited to:
· Search engine optimization
· Tagging and tracking setup
· Form nomenclature and alignment with data dashboards (Dashboarding to be done by data expert)
· Quality checks and amendments
· Standardization of tools/applications in markets
· Rollout support for new Apps etc.
Content management and webpage editing via Contentful on a hybrid basis whenever required, ensuring timely updates and alignment across markets.
You must ensure that market websites are well maintained and quality issues are timely mitigated
Understanding each market business landscape, scope and needs.
Support and contribute to the governance and standardization of website and digital application to ensure improvement of overall website performance, quality and customer journey.
Coordinate with respective stakeholders/DH on critical issues and tickets.
Support and coordinate with Market Lead and greater team to ensure market operations and plan are implemented correctly
Ensure market operations and plan are implemented correctly.
Single point of contact for markets and Experience Center on troubleshooting related issues.
Cross-stream exchange and alignment on project status update for each market.
EDUCATION LEVEL / TRAINING
- Technical education in IT/Computer
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology or related discipline
Masters in business education (optional)
EXPERIENCE
Good experience (minimum 3+ years’ experience, digital marketing with understanding of web design, web development and content management system.)
Experience in Adobe experience Manager and/or Contentful
Industry experience preferably in the Automotive industry
Experience in digital projects execution and coordination with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other additional project members
Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans.
In depth knowledge and understanding of overall tech and online customer journey landscape incl. CMS, CRM and DMP, Social and Media.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILL
Adobe experience Manager
Search engine optimization and Search engine marketing
Experience in data-driven personalized 360° customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with automotive background
Data-driven analytical approach to marketing and problem solving combined with strategic business focus and vision
Experience working with many markets / international client experiences is a plus!
