Objective of JobTo provide legal support and guidance to the business by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies; supporting contract management and legal advisory activities; and contributing to the efficient operation of the Legal Department.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Advisory & Contract Management- Support the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts, agreements, legal correspondence, and other legally relevant documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis, recommendations, and preliminary legal advice on various business matters.
- Assist the General Counsel and Senior Legal Manager in delivering legal support to internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide written and verbal legal consultation on day-to-day business operations and projects.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and legal developments relevant to the company's operations.
- Assess potential business impacts and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the review, localization, implementation, and communication of headquarters policies, internal regulations, and work instructions.
- Assist in the development and delivery of legal and compliance training programs for employees.
- Manage and maintain legal systems and databases, including Contract Management Systems, Legatrix, and other assigned legal platforms.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate administrative activities of the Legal Department, including legal service fee processing, document management, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted legal business partner by supporting cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and implementation of legal guidance.
- Support legal risk assessment and issue resolution in collaboration with business teams.
- Undertake additional legal assignments and special projects as directed by the General Counsel and Senior Legal Manager.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
- Postgraduate legal qualifications or advanced legal studies are advantageous.
- 2–3 years of legal experience gained in an in-house legal department and/or reputable law firm.
- Experience supporting multinational corporations is preferred.
- Exposure to the automotive industry or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
