Aufgaben

Objective of job

This function acts as the business-side architect and portfolio integrator for AI use cases in BMBS by shaping use case logic, clarifying business ownership, supporting prioritization and ensuring that AI projects are assessed, launched and tracked against value, KPI and reusability criteria.

Task description

Act as the overall AI business architecture support within BMBS, supporting the connection of AI priorities with core business needs such as efficiency, customer management, dealer effectiveness and scalable capability building.

Support the business-side view of the AI project portfolio together with IT counterparts and business units, ensuring transparency on use case value, ownership, maturity, dependencies and scale-up potential.

Support on business priorities and resource allocation based on value, feasibility, adoption readiness, governance requirements and reuse potential, helping management focus on the few use cases that create the strongest leverage.

Support tracking of AI project progress and value realization across functions, including status, milestones, KPI logic, ROI assumptions, reusability and key adoption barriers, and provide input to management-oriented insights for decision-making.

Support BMBS-wide AI adoption and capability building, promoting compliant, practical AI productivity tools within company policy and resource boundaries, while increasing cross-functional synergy, reuse and organization-wide adoption.
 

Qualifikationen

University degree or above; business, industrial engineering, data/AI, economics or related field preferred.
4–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, product, digital transformation, AI portfolio, consulting, business analysis or similar roles.
Strong ability to translate business problems into use case logic, data needs and measurable KPI outcomes.
Experience working in cross-functional settings with business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent Chinese and English with strong material preparation and synthesis capability.
Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving.
Comfort with structuring portfolios, making trade-offs and challenging weak use cases.
High ownership and follow-through on status, risk and value closure.
Pragmatic communicator who can align business and technical stakeholders.
Commercial mindset: understands why business value, adoption and reuse matter more than feature count.
