Be Responsible for ADAS/AD base layer function requirement and specification defining, includes sensors (camera, radar, Lidar, USS, IMU) and AD domain controller. Be Responsible for corresponding ASPICE process& documents.
Lead System and Software development process for base layer function development based on defined requirements, in cooperation with internal/ external Function development team.
Define the feature rollout plan and delivery milestone and coordinate with PM/ Carline team.
Lead the development process, responsible for function release approval.
Lead resolving process of issues. Responsible for top issue tracking and analyzing.

Understand MB ADAS/AD function strategy and technology
Evaluate and clarify use cases of China situations and assess the adaptations needed
Work together with internal partners
Collect and prepare relevant info describing China specification and design MB next generation ADAS/ADtogether with RD German counterparts
Complete responsibility of PoC projects
Design the state of art system architecture of ADAS/AD Functions.
2. Be Responsible for ADAS/AD base layer function requirement and specification defining, includes sensors (camera, radar, Lidar, USS, IMU) and AD domain controller. Be Responsible for corresponding ASPICE process& documents.
Act as owner of ADAS/AD base layer functions
Plan routine benchmarking and market analysis activities with testing team and continues provide assessment result
Define the ADAS/AD base layer function system requirement in Door’s system and lead the review activity between internal/ external software and testing team
Maintain the ASPICE SYS.1 – SYS.3 system requirement and tracking on corresponding traceability status on SWE documents from SW team
3. Define the feature rollout plan and delivery milestone and coordinate with PM/ Carline team.
Define the feature rollout plan which considering the feature maturity, EE integration into prototype
Be responsible for all the delivery on milestone and provide regular status report and release reports
4. Leading the development process
Keep monitoring software release status/ reports
Support Validation Engineer to create SYS.4-6 process and documents
Join the vehicle testing, be responsible for providing the judgement on function release maturity
5. Lead issue solving process. Responsible for top issue tracking and analyzing
Work as first contact person for issues in responsible function
First layer analysis on the critical issues and create ticket to corresponding competency team
Bachelor’s or above degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Vehicle engineering, or related field of study experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in vehicle ADAS related fields in OEM/Tier1, SOP experience would be preferred.
Good understanding of embedded software development/ architecture.
Be familiar with C, C++ and scripting languages such as Python.
Experience in the development of CP/AP AUTOSAR projects.
Experience in the development of platform health monitoring, state management, error management, global time synchronization and start up and shut down. Be familiar with ADAS L2+, L2++ functions. L3 or above functions would be preferred.
Based on NVIDIA platform development experience preferred.
Familiarity with CANoe, DiVa, vFlash, CANalyzer, VN1640, etc.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment across different teams
Willingness to travel inside China and oversea.
Fluent English, German is a plus.
