Join Our Team as an Asset Accountant or Intercompany Accountant!

 

Intercompany Accountant Responsibilities:

Transaction Management: Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Process Transition: Support the transition of intercompany accounting processes from Berlin to Krakow and ensure smooth operational implementation.
Documentation: Maintain and further develop process documentation for the transferred processes and support stable knowledge management.
Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with different stakeholders from various departments including procurement, production, and controlling.
Internal Controls: Execute and document internal controls (ICS) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of processes (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Asset Accountant Responsibilities:

Master Data Management: Responsibility for the creation, modification, and maintenance of master data records.
Capital Goods Accounting: Support in accounting and in the procurement of capital goods.
Stocktaking Support: Assist in the process of stocktaking.
Month-End Closing: Provide support in month-end closing activities.

Your Profile:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the finance/accounting area.
Education: University degree in financial or economy area completed or in progress.
Affinity for Numbers: Strong affinity for numbers and accounting.
Tech-Savvy: Good handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP would be a plus.
Language Skills: Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) and communicative written and spoken English (B1).
